Notwithstanding the foregoing, PipMetrics reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights, including intellectual property and confidential information.

Subject to the Dispute Resolution clause above, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to such jurisdiction.
Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms must be brought within six (6) months, failing which it shall be permanently barred.
